Shipping policy

At Febae, we aim to deliver your jewelry safely and on time, straight from our base in Kochi, Kerala. Please read our India-specific shipping details below.

1. Shipping Location

All orders are packed and dispatched from Kochi, Kerala.

2. Delivery Timeframes (India Only)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier operations.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).

  • Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You’ll receive an email/SMS for order confirmation and again when it is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1499

  • Orders below ₹1499 will have a standard shipping fee shown at checkout

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our Kochi warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the order will return to us (RTO).

For RTO cases due to customer reasons:

  • Reshipping fees may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges

7. Wrong/Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct.
Febae is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Wrong pin code

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing:

  • Take a clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Email: support@febae.com

Without proof (unboxing video), we won't be able to process claims.

9. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Festivals/holidays

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Other uncontrollable events

Refunds are not issued for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking.

10. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only.
