Is Febae jewellery real gold?
Febae is demi-fine jewellery: 316L stainless steel with an 18K gold finish applied by PVD (physical vapour deposition). It is not solid gold, so it costs a fraction of fine jewellery. PVD bonds the gold to the steel inside a vacuum chamber, which makes it far more durable than regular gold plating on brass or copper. Read more in The Febae Promise.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No green marks. Those come from copper and brass reacting with sweat, and Febae has no copper base. The pieces are tarnish-resistant and made for daily wear, and if the colour fades within a year, our colour warranty covers it.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our jewellery is lab-tested as hypoallergenic. 316L is a surgical-grade stainless steel known for being gentle on skin.
Can I wear it in the shower, at the gym or at the beach?
Yes. Every piece is waterproof and sweatproof. To keep the shine, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store it dry, away from your other pieces so it does not get scratched.
What does the 1-year colour warranty cover?
If the colour fades within one year, we will repair or replace the piece after inspection, based on availability. It does not cover manual damage, bending, breakage, scratches, stone loss or misuse. Email support@febae.com with your order number and photos to make a claim.
Why does Febae cost more than ₹250 jewellery?
Most ₹250 jewellery is electroplated brass or copper, which fades quickly and can leave green marks. Febae uses a 316L stainless steel base with an 18K PVD gold finish, made to be worn every day and backed by a 1-year colour warranty.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across India. You can also pay online by UPI, card or net banking. All prices include GST.
How soon will my order arrive?
Shipping is free across India. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days to metro cities, 5 to 7 to other cities and 7 to 10 to remote areas. You will get a tracking link by email or SMS once your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. The piece must be unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Email support@febae.com to start. To exchange, return the piece and place a new order once the return is accepted. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
